Creative Careers Evening

Creative Industries Discovery Day

Cambridge Junction is the arts centre where art, technology and life meet – a creative hub for people and ideas where audiences and artists explore, experience and are inspired by art, entertainment and learning.

Cambridge Junction’s Creative Learning programme inspires and nurtures creativity, especially in young people aged 11 to 21 – enabling us to cultivate creative, compassionate and innovative thinkers as well as provide pathways into employment in the creative and cultural industries.

An introduction to working in the arts for those 14 years and over.

Our Creative Careers Evenings provides insight into the wide range of job opportunities in the arts and exposure to what happens behind the scenes. Young people are able to participate in a meet-the-staff round-table question and answer session about entry routes, career paths and individual experiences and to participate in ‘behind-the-scenes’ workshops in areas such as technical theatre, design and directing.

Creative Careers Evenings give young people an opportunity to develop insight and knowledge from those that work in the field, connecting the future creative workforce with industry professionals.

Discounted tickets are available that gain you access to our industry evening and the show that follows at 7.30pm.

Further information can be found here - https://www.junction.co.uk/creative-careers-evening.

There is a maximum number of 60 students that can take this opportunity.
