Tales and Trails Festival: Saturday 21 September, 11am - 6pm

The Babylon ARTS MarketPlace team have been working with Brandon Creative Forum to bring you a free outdoor festival day celebrating the forest and community.

We are working with artists and the local community to bring you a packed programme including newly commissioned artwork and creative experiences.  Our activities are themed around a sense of place and the natural environment, offering a range of things for you to see, hear and do.

The programme includes:

  • 4 new artworks co-commissioned with the community
  • Stories and Tales
  • Performance and Music
  • Stall and activities
  • Walks and Trails

Please come along to explore the park, discover new art and take part in activities.  All welcome.  Please note that car parking space at Brandon Country Park is limited.  We encourage people to walk where possible or to jump on the FREE Festival Shuttle Bus.  The bus will travel between Brandon and the Country Park throughout the day starting at 11am from George Street bus stop.  Please join the Facebook event page for latest news and updates.  You can also follow us on Twitter for latest news and announcements.

MarketPlace is run by a Consortium of Partners including Bury St Edmunds Theatre Royal, Cambridgeshire ACRE, Festival Bridge, Suffolk County Council and Wisbech Town Council, and is supported by Cambridgeshire County Council, Fenland District Council and West Suffolk Council.  Babylon ARTS is the lead partner of the consortium - registered charity number 1043197.
