The Life and Works of Francis Bacon and Lucien Freud is the topic of the next one day school offered by the Ely branch of the WEA.  Bacon and Freud are two giants of modern British art and the day school has been arranged to coincide with the exhibition ‘All Too Human: Bacon, Freud and a Century of Painting Life’ at the Tate Britain in London.  The day school will take place in the Babylon Gallery on May 21st..  It will be taught by Fiona Lucraft and costs £25 (plus £5 if lunch is desired).  For more information, students can contact allisonmorris265@hotmail.com or enrol on-line at wea.org.uk.
