As a rule, returns or exchanges are not possible. However, at the discretion of the Box Office, we may exchange tickets for credit towards a future booking in the following circumstances:

  • The event is sold out
  • You notify us more than 72 hours before the event start
  • There is a waiting list for the event and we are successfully able to resell the tickets. We can't guarantee that we will be able to do so.

If all the above are true, we’ll issue you with credit minus a £2 administration fee. You can use your credit to book any other Babylon Arts event within one year of the credit being issued.
