60+ Artists Announced for Summer Open Exhibition 2020

In their first exhibition since Lockdown, Babylon Gallery have announced the 60+ artists that have been chosen to exhibit in their Summer Open exhibition. This annual exhibition will see the Gallery re-open after it's temporary closure in April of this year, due to Covid-19.

With a total of 298 artworks submitted from 118 artists, the Babylon ARTS team were amazed by the response from the local artists' community, with many more applications this year than they had received last year. Thanks to funding from Arts Council England, the Gallery were able to offer the opportunity to artists to apply without a submission fee - a lifeline for some artists that have been left without an income during this difficult time.

The Summer Open exhibition will open from Saturday 1st August until Sunday 6th September and will feature;
