We are looking for a senior creative leader, who is genuinely curious about people and the places we work within, to join us as the Programme Director for CPP MarketPlace.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide strong, ambitious and imaginative leadership to deliver MarketPlace’s ambitions. You will be able to listen deeply to diverse communities, to build trust and develop community led-decision making towards the creation and curation of their own distinctive cultural offer. You will have the ability to grow skills and abilities in others, building capacity within communities to act and lead in ways that build long-term change. This is a project that should be leaving a lasting cultural legacy for future generations.
