Fenland landscape has legacy all of its own. Behind the tranquility of these images lies turmoil, a hidden story of drainage construction work which changed traditional ways of life to provide a unique man-made structure sustaining wild life habits, flora and fauna, whilst preventing majot areas of East Anglia from being inundated by flood waters.
