ADeC has a range of equipment available for hire, in order for you to stage your own events, or transform your venue into a theatre or cinema space for your special events. 

All prices are on a per-quote basis, and discounts are available for community groups and regular hirers.  It is also possible to hire a Technician to set up, operate and pack down the equipment, allowing you to concentrate on your event (availability dependant).  Examples of equipment for hire:

  • Portable Cinema Kit - including screen, projector, DVD/Blu-Ray player and sound system
  • PA Packages – from a single microphone for spoken word, to band nights and beyond
  • Stage Lighting Systems – basic PAR cans for general cover, through to small pop-up theatre systems (popular with Primary Schools), and extras such as Follow-spots and additional lamps to augment your own system
  • DJ Systems – twin turntables complete with mixer/headphones suitable for home use or public performances when used alongside a PA system
  • Stage Communications Packs – allowing you to communicate with your staff at events, from the Stage Manager, to your Technicians and front-of-house staff
